My nieces 3rd Birthday was on Friday 8/7. I made cupcakes as usual, but this time I used a mold that my mom has from William Sonoma of bugs. It was fun to decorate, but the cupcakes didn't come out as great as I would have liked them. Apparently they have to be a bit more dense for them not to fall apart. I guess I am always learning.

So glad to see your post! Cute! Pound cake works great in those type of pans. Jenn did an adorable beehive using a pound cake on her blog a while back. Check out bakerella's apple cake pops this week!! And keep baking!! Love your stuff. Diana
